1. Free plan and trials
Our Free plan lets you try the core Proofr workflow at no cost and with no card required, so you can evaluate the platform before paying. We encourage you to use it before subscribing.
2. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (Solo, Studio and Atelier) are billed in advance each month or year. You can cancel at any time from your account or the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards.
If you are charged and have not used the service in the new billing period, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request for a refund of that payment. Refunds are issued at our reasonable discretion and are typically declined where the service has been actively used during the period.
3. Pay-as-you-go projects
Pay-as-you-go project purchases unlock features for a specific project. Because access is granted immediately, these purchases are generally non-refundable once the project’s features have been used (for example, a gallery delivered or an invoice sent). If you bought a project in error and have not yet used it, contact us within 14 days and we will help.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans are billed for twelve months up front at a discount. If you cancel mid-term, your plan remains active until the end of the paid year. Pro-rated refunds for the unused portion are not guaranteed but may be considered for exceptional circumstances.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@proofr.space with your account email and the charge in question. Because Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all Proofr purchases, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Paddle. Paddle can also be contacted directly for billing receipts and enquiries.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any non-waivable refund or consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country.
