You're trusting Proofr with work that can't be re-shot. Here's exactly how we protect it — and what stays yours.
Encrypted, in transit and at rest
Every gallery is served over HTTPS, and the photos themselves are stored encrypted at rest by our cloud storage provider. Nothing travels or sits in the clear.
Private by default
Galleries are shared by a private link — not listed or indexed by search engines. Lock any gallery with a PIN or password and set an expiry date so access ends when you decide.
Your studio is walled off
Per-account data isolation keeps every studio's photos, clients and documents separate from every other studio on Proofr. Your data is only ever yours.
You own everything — and can leave with it
You keep full ownership of the photos and client data you upload. You can export your content at any time, and we never sell it or share it with advertisers. (See our Terms and Privacy Policy.)
We never touch your card details
Billing runs through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Card numbers go to Paddle, never to us — we only ever see limited transaction details.
Where your photos live
Your galleries are stored on Cloudflare R2 — enterprise object storage built for high durability, which keeps multiple redundant copies of every file across its infrastructure. Final high-resolution delivery rides on the link you already use (Drive, WeTransfer, and the like), so your originals never have to funnel through a single point.
Your data, your call
You own the photos and client data you upload — full stop. You can export your content whenever you like, and we never sell it or use it for advertising. The details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
